What HomeTown Rewards is
HomeTown Rewards is a shared points program for independent businesses in St. Louis. You link a card you already carry, earn points when you pay at member businesses, and spend those points on perks the businesses offer.
Your account
- You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time code.
- You are responsible for the card you link and for keeping your phone secure.
- You can unlink a card or delete your account at any time in Account.
Points
- Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
- Points expire after the period shown in the app.
- Points from a purchase can be taken back if the purchase is refunded.
Perks
- Each business sets its own perks, limits, and times.
- A perk is reserved first, then confirmed at the register by staff. A reservation that is not confirmed in time is released and your points come back.
Changes
We may update these terms. When they change in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version.
